We do our best to help every individual and their particular needs. However, heavy duty details must be charged accordingly if the vehicle needs extreme detail: heavy dirt, heavy salt, major amounts of debris.
We do not charge any individual extra costs regardless of estimated timeframe.
All items collected from the vehicle will generally be found in a white bag in either the trunk or backseat.
We respect our clients' privacy. We do not sort through any personal items such as loose papers, documents, glove box storage, or any junk/garbage found in the car. Everything that belongs to the client is returned in a white bag, visible with everything in one bag.
